Planning a Party and need both drinks and food? Then look no further. Cosmic Cocktails & Events cater to all sizes of events and because we are mobile we have supplied our services at many different venues and locations around Perth.

At Cosmic Cocktails & Events we don't just offer Cocktail Bar Packages we tailor packages to your needs. Our Standard Bar Package with Finger Food is a perfect example as everything is your choice. Finger Food Catering in Perth is the efficient way of feeding your guests whilst being able to enjoy your beverages - Select from a large range of Beers, Wines, Sparkling, Basic Spirits are even Ciders. We want you to cater to your guest tastes. 

We customise the package to suit what you and your guests are going to drink, no house wine or beer here.

The Standard Bar Package includes enough Beer, Wine, Champagne, Basic Spirits and Soft Drink. We will bring all required bar equipment, glasses, mixers, ice etc. Staff will be provided based on the number of guests attending, two staff is the minimum.

All you need to supply is an area to set in about 2m by 2m under cover preferably, with light and access to power.

We have set up on boats, in halls, backyards and various other Venues around Perth.

Where available we will include our Illuminated Bar Front or Mobile Bar at no extra charge.

The Package:

  • Beer - Corona's, Boags, Fifty Lashes, Little Creatures, Millers, Rodgers, Carlton Mid, Hahn Light or any beer of your choosing
  • Wine - Red or White or Both - Goundrey, Fith Leg, Mad Fish, Oyster Bay, Evans & Tate, Verse or any of your choosing
  • Champagne / Sparkling - White or Rose - Sir James Hardy, Jacobs Creek, Yarra Burn, Brown Brothers etc
  • Basic Spirits - Jack Daniels, Johnnie Walker Red, Jim Beam or if you prefer a Gin, Rum or Vodka, no problem
  • Cider, Vodka Cruisers, Bacardi Breezers can also be added.
  • All required soft drink including Coke, Lemonade, Coke Zero, Club Lemon and Soda Water will be available
  • Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Lemon and Lime Juice will also be available and we will offer a selection of Mocktails

You may also choose your favourite Platters from our extensive Finger Food menu. The number of platters supplied depends on how many guests you have attending. You may add platters if you would like to cater to a large number of guests. We have Gluten Free, Vegetarian and even Vegan Catering options so you are spoilt for choice and everyone can enjoy.

The Equipment:

Everything we need we bring, the Bar, Glasses, Openers, Serving Trays, Eskies and Ice.

Our uniformed staff will look after your guests, you will have 2 Staff for functions up to 50 guests, then 1 Staff member is added per 30 guests.

What you need:

A minimum of 30 guests who are drinking alcohol, as you only pay for the guest drinking alcohol. 

For example a party of 50 guests with 30 drinkers would be 30 x $50 per head = $1500 not $2500 as it would if all 50 guests are drinking, but we would still supply enough soft drink and mocktails for the no drinkers as part of the package.

The price is a per head price based on our minimum of 3 hours service, we also have a minimum of 30 people. If you have less than 30 guest this can still be catered for, however the charge will remain as for 30 guest. It is $15 per guest for every extra hour. 

Simply fill in the order form below and in the Quantity Box enter the number of guests attending (the minimum you can enter is 30), if there will be alot of non drinkers then just enter the amount of drinkers in and put a note in the comment section when going through the check out

This system has been set up so you can get a live quote for your function, so you can opt out at any moment. Even if you go ahead with your order nothing will be charged until we can confirm we are available.

Please note, a 25% surcharge applies to all services on Christmas Eve, New Years Eve and New Years Day and a 20% surcharge for public holidays and Sunday events. Travel charges may also apply to certain suburbs. These details will be discussed before confirming your booking so you have the Total Price.
