Description
Cosmic Cocktails and Events are reliable leaders in both Beverage and Food Catering in Perth. If you thought the Total Bar was a great all-in-one package, wait till you see this one. This Ultimate Package has everything you could want from cocktails to regular bar service. It even incluldes gourmet Canapes and Walk and Fork options. We have everything you need to impress your guests, allowing you to sit back, relax and enjoy your premium event.
We even include a minimum of 5 staff members to help everything run seamlessly from set up to packdown.
Your personalised cocktail menu will consist of about 12 to 14 cocktails. You may choose five of these yourself from our extensive cocktail repertoire. Combined with your choice of Beer, Wine, Basic Spirits, Soft Drinks, Mocktails and Champagne your guests will be spoilt for choice. We let you pick the brands; after all it’s your function. You may also choose from our selection of our Hot & Cold Canapés from our menu (12 pieces per head) along with 2 Walk and Fork options per guest. Cosmic Cocktails & Events cater to all sizes of events and because we are mobile we have supplied our services at many different venues and locations around Perth.
Your Cocktail Bar will include the following:
- All Soft drink, Water, Juices etc for the duration of the event.
- The Staff required to serve at your event.
- All Bar Equipment, including table for bar, blenders, shakers, glasses, juice jugs etc.
- Your Cocktail Menu will Consist of 12 Cocktails which you will choose from our menus
- Ice will also be supplied
The price is a per head price based on our minimum of 5 hours service, we also have a minimum of 40 people fo this package. If you have less than 40 guests this can still be catered for, however the charge will remain as for 40 guests. It is $15 per guest for every extra hour.
Simply fill in the order form below and in the Quantity Box enter the number of guests attending (the minimum you can enter is 40), if there will be alot of non drinkers then just enter the amount of drinkers in and put a note in the comment section when going through the check out.
This system has been set up so you can get a live quote for your function, so you can opt out at any moment. Even if you go ahead with your order nothing will be charged until we can confirm we are available.
Please note, a 25% surcharge applies to all services on Christmas Eve, New Years Eve and New Years Day and a 20% surcharge for public holidays and Sunday events. Travel charges may also apply to certain suburbs. These details will be discussed before confirming your booking so you have the Total Price.
