You may have seen on the news recently about the shift to wearing a more heavy duty mask with the increase of Omicron. Many people may have been sticking with cloth masks simply because they can be reused.
Can you reuse a KN95 mask? Yes.
The misconception is they only can be worn once.
Follow these steps:
Have several KN95 Mask so you can alternate between them.
Do Not wash the mask , leave it in a dry area for at least 24-48 hours.
Don't wear the same mask every day for long periods of time.
Dispose of the mask when it is visibly soiled.
Remove the mask with the ear straps and avoid touching the soiled mask.
Sanitise your hands before and after removal.
