Tanya (The Real Boss) Director

In charge of Back of House, Prepares All food, Menu Development etc.

Loves to Cook and try new recipes.

Tanya has been cooking all her life and enjoys creating new and wonderful dishes for you to try.

Catherine - Administration (Does Everything!)
